#1 Cause of Fitness Failure…

While this is true to some extent, I find the number one reason for failure is the lack of consistent effort. You can have the most profound fitness plan at your disposal, but without putting forth a good effort on a consistent basis the plan is rendered useless.

I'm a personal trainer from Winchester, VA. I've been in the fitness industry for over 12 years and have helped many people improve their fitness and lead healthier lifestyles.
